This package is for the Bride whose got it all figured out...almost! She just needs help with the final planning/organization and someone to make sure it all goes smoothly on the big day! What's Included? ________________________ -1 Meet & Greet Meeting: We will meet for the first time, discuss your wedding day vision, verify your package selection, and you will be given a To Do packet of items that will need to completed before our Planning Meeting. -1 Planning Meeting: We will meet (3hrs max) to review your To Do packet and finalize all the details of your big day! Prior to the planning meeting, a vendor list must be completed with BBF as the primary contact as well as a rough timeline. We will finalize the timeline, floor plan (if needed), and a decoration plan. We will also discuss your expectations for your big day and your expectations for me. - 1 Venue visit -Attend and facilitate ceremony rehearsal (1hr max) -Wedding day management and execution of the timeline -Point of contact for all vendors the day of -Coordinate set up & clean up of ceremony & reception (time included in the 12hrs or 6hrs)(Helpers not included. If needed, Bride will need to provide, or BBF can provide helpers for an additional fee) -Run errands day of the wedding. (3 stops included. For additional stops, standard mileage will be charged) - Assistance with budgeting and recommendations for DIY/budget-friendly solutions -Access to Day of Emergency Kit + preferred Vendor's List What's it Going to Cost? _________________________ -Full 12hr Day- $1,000 -Half 6hr Day- $600 Add Ons: _________________________ -By the Hour/Additional Hours- $100/hr -BBF Helper- $18/hr per helper -Additional Errand Stops- 70¢/mile
