This package is for the Bride who needs more help with her vision and execution of her big day! She needs a little extra help with inspiration, vendor/venue selection, planning, organizing, and of course someone to make sure it all goes smoothly! What's Included? ___________________________ - 1 Meet & Greet Meeting: We will meet for the first time, discuss your wedding day vision, verify your package selection, and start working on the design and a To Do list - Up to 5 Planning Meeting: We will meet (2hrs max per meeting) to create your overall event design, styling, planning, vendor list, timeline, floor & decoration plan, and more! -Research and provide a design cost estimate for table design and other requested decoration so you get the best possible pricing and know what you will be spending. -Access to my personal wedding inventory. Including items such as wooden arch, select color linens, white backdrop, glass drink dispensers, serving utensils, dessert platter/stand/trays, and more! - 1 Venue visit -Attend and facilitate ceremony rehearsal (1hr max) - 12hr wedding day management and execution of the timeline - Point of contact for all vendors upon booking - Coordinate set up & clean up of ceremony & reception (Time included in the 12hrs)(Helpers not included. If needed, Bride will need to provide or BBF can provide helpers for an additional fee) -Run errands day of the wedding such as picking up food, desserts, flowers, etc. (3 stops included. For additional stops, mileage will be charged) -Access to Day of Emergency Kit + preferred Vendor's List What's it Going to Cost? ____________________________ Flat Fee of $2,500 Add Ons: ____________________________ -By the Hour/Additional Hours- $100/hr -BBF Helper- $18/hr per helper -Additional Errand Stops- 70¢/mile
